How do I book an appointment?

Click on the New Guest button or here. Fill out the new guest form and Becca will personally contact you about scheduling your appointment via email or text during business hours.

If you are a current guest click on the Existing Guest button or here and it will take you to our online scheduling system.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please allow at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. A cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee of at least 50% of the scheduled service and may result in a credit card number on file to book future services. In the event that you "no show" an appointment you will be required to pay the full price of the missed appointment before scheduling future services. I completely understand life is out of our control sometimes and I will make every effort to work with clients in emergent situations. But please understand that last minute cancellations and no shows not only effect my work schedule but my family's schedule and other clients on the waiting list for appointments.

What are your hours?

My exact hours vary to meet the needs of my guests. Typical hours are currently Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Where are you located?

Studio 24 is located on the outskirts of Jonesboro at 319 Willards Ferry Rd. (IL-146). Parking is available on both sides of the building.

How do I get in contact with you?

I am a solo stylist and owner so I prefer communication to happen via email.  This way I can keep track of all information in one place. Please email me with any questions at becca.studio24@gmail.com I will respond as quick as possible during business hours Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes! I am taking new guests for color services. I am unfortunately not taking new guests for stand alone haircut services.
